Overview
I have been an MRI and CT technologist for over 30 years working in Inpatient, outpatient, and freestanding emergency department environments. My interests are in patient safety and the prevention of adverse events in medical imaging. I am registered in radiography and certified in computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging by the ARRT and as an Magnetic Resonance Safety Officer (MRSO) by the International Board of Magnetic Resonance Safety (IBMRS). I also serve on the Board of Directors of the IBMRS and the Ohio Society of Radiologic Technologists. My articles on MR and CT safety have been published in ASRT Scanner and Radiologic Technology. I am excited to share my knowledge with the next generation of imaging professionals!
