Dr Kidder is the Director for the Orthopaedic Physical Therapy Residency program, a post professional educational program for physical therapists pursuing a specialization in orthopedics, where she is involved with mentoring and professional skill development of the residents.
Dr. Kidder holds an appointment as a lecturer the Division of Physical Therapy at Ohio State, teaching musculoskeletal labs, where she is able to combine her interest in education with outpatient sports medicine and orthopedics.
Melissa is a member and has committee responsibilities in the American Physical Therapy Association.
