The School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences (HRS) awarded 568 graduates with certificates from their respective programs during the school’s annual Spring Pre-Commencement Ceremony. “This is the largest graduating class in the school’s 56-year history.” Deborah S. Larsen, PT, PhD, director of the school and associate dean of the College of Medicine, announced the milestone during the school’s pre-commencement address. "This group of students has demonstrated an amazing level of resiliency, adapting to what seemed like never-ending changes. You are entering the workforce at a time of great change and some uncertainty; however, you are well-prepared to embrace the future of health care. We applaud you,” Larsen said.
The Spring Class of 2022 honored 115 first generation graduates, 228 graduates with Latinate honors and 21 graduates with a perfect 4.0 GPA.

- 2 philosophy doctorates – Health & Rehabilitation Sciences
