The School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences Alumni Society hosted two memorable events, bringing together alumni, students, faculty and staff to strengthen connections and celebrate the Buckeye spirit within The Ohio State University School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences (HRS) community.

Twenty-five alumni gathered in February for another successful Paint and Pour event. This year attendees painted Ohio Stadium while enjoying food and drinks.

In December 2024, the HRS Alumni Society hosted its annual Donate to Skate event at the Ohio State Ice Rink. The entry “fee” was canned food or other non-perishable items to be donated to the HRS Student Resource Center, which provides food, school supplies and personal care products to students in need. This year, participants donated 235 items.

Alumni and their families enjoyed taking part in lessons and a trick show during the open skate.

“It was so inviting for my family—there were plenty of skates and resources available, and the close-knit, welcoming atmosphere made it easy for everyone to enjoy themselves,” said Brady Dalrymple, ’06 Health Sciences graduate. “It felt well-organized and inclusive, which made the experience even more memorable,”

The HRS Student Resource Center accepts donations year-round.
