Biography
Ashley joined The Ohio State University in March 2019. As the HRS Graduate Program Manager, she oversees the daily functions of all HRS graduate programs, assists the Graduate Studies Committee, serves as the liaison to the Graduate School, and provides guidance to prospective and current graduate students.
Prior to her current role, she served as the Associate Director of Student Success at Capital University where she led a university-wide student success initiative focusing on early identification of barriers to academic success and direct intervention by staff and faculty. She also co-developed Capital’s UNIV-199 Student Success Strategies course designed to facilitate students’ successful transition into the first year of college. Additionally, she has held roles in academic advising, student conduct, and first-generation support services.
She is dedicated to a comprehensive learning experience for all students and strives to make the navigation of graduate studies at Ohio State as seamless as possible.
