Pay-n-Display machines allow customers who do not have parking permits to purchase parking for a specified time and park in an "A," "B" or "C" space in nearby surface parking lots. The Neil Avenue Parking Garage and Tuttle Parking Garage are also a short distance walk from the RPAC
