As a dietitian, Ashlea’s research interests include the impact of comprehensive lifestyle interventions on cardiometabolic profiles and dietary patterns of cancer survivors. Specifically, this includes the mechanisms behind sustainable behavior change and the impact of novel biomarkers, such as gut microbiota, on mortality and risk of disease recurrence and comorbidities.
